Services
If a service you require isn’t listed, but you think I may be able to help, just ask! Even if it’s something I can’t personally tackle, I may know someone who can.
About Me
I have done a fair mix of jobs throughout my life, including construction, carpentry, motorsport engineering, outdoor adventure instructing, commercial clearances, and even digital design. Such a mix of work has allowed me to develop a broad set of skills and turned me into a jack of all trades, hence why I have become a Handyman.
Me (Liam) and my son Arlo, at Pensthorpe Nature Reserve. We were there to meet Bluey!
Service Area
The Splendid North Norfolk Coast...
I am currently based in the lovely village of Titchwell. This allows me to provide my services to much of the North Norfolk Coastal areas, including Hunstanton, Burnham Market, Wells Next The Sea, Cromer, and more. If you’re not sure I cover your area, feel free to ask!

Gallery of Work
Below is a gallery of evidence to prove I am indeed a handyman. This is only a hint of the works I have carried out; I don’t always remember to capture photographic evidence!
Why Hire Me?
Below I have compiled a selection of reasons you should hire me as your Handyman, although there are of course many more reasons than just the ones listed below…
Friendly
Nobody wants to deal with a grump! I’m naturally a friendly person who is courteous, positive, and quite often smiling.
Professional
I always carryout all my handman tasks in a professional manner. This means being well organised, clear communication, dressing neatly, keeping a tidy work area, and so on.
Affordable
Most of us don’t have bottomless pits of cash and work hard for what we have. That’s why I aim to be as fair as I can with my prices and offer affordable solutions where possible.
Tooled Up
Being a jack of all trades has allowed me to accumulate a workshop full of tools ready for almost any eventuality. And, if I don’t have a tool for the job, I’ll soon source one.
Punctual
Waiting around all day for somebody to turn up, who then doesn’t, is an angering experience. This is something you won’t experience with my handyman services. I will turn up on the correct day, at the correct time.
Keen to Learn
A good handyman won’t claim to know everything, but they should be willing to learn; something I am not only willing to do, but actively enjoy.
Licensed Waste Removal
It’s important to dispose of waste correctly; which is exactly what I do. I have a full waste carriers licence and always take care to ensure waste is taken to appropriate centres for recycling and tipping.
Fully Insured
Although I always try my best to ensure everything goes smoothly, you never know when something accidental or unpredictable can happen! That’s why I full liability insurance; offering protection for both myself and you (the customer).
Pricing
for my Handyman Services

I class any job that takes less than a day to complete as a small job. For these jobs I have a minimum callout charge of 1 hour (£30) and charge £7.50 for every additional 15 mins it takes me to complete the task. This pricing doesn’t include any parts or materials.
